Delivery

Delivery is £1 for orders up to £10; £2 for orders up to £20 and £3 for orders up to £30. Delivery is FREE for all orders above £30.

We do our very best to get your orders delivered to you as soon as possible. We aim to get your order out to you within 3-5 days. Delivery within 5 working days is not gauranteed but most orders are delivered within this time frame. Please get in touch if you need your order delivered sooner and we will see what we can do to help.

We would always recommend that you request delivery with neighbours, at your place of work or you collect it from your local sorting office if you are unlikely to be at home to receive your order.

For Worldwide deliveries, please emaill us and we will be happy to give you a quote on postage charges.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us and we will issue you with a credit note which is valid for six months or a replacement. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we are yet unable to provide return postage as we are a small business and we are already subsidising delivery charges. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is sent back outside of the 14 days timeframe or is returned in a used condition.
